I hear in radio that Guptas has filled court papers in response to the application. It will be interesting to watch. If application is successful it would mean that banks can act against country interest, against people and against the local law (including SA constitution) and that South Africa is not a sovereign country.

A bank, in its terms and conditions when you sign-up, has the right to terminate its business with you. just like any business contract contains clauses for a relationship to terminate.

the only problem here is the G's have Z's backing and he is helping make it into a big thing.

Few days ago Absa shares has dropped 10% or more (I don't watch it) and today a breaking news: Absa is for sale. Current owners of Absa do not feel safe anymore in South Africa.
 
There is no update on Guptas dumped by banks. Last week Guptas has filled up papers, today some other action took place, editors do not follow...
