Why can't I access My Broadband?

When using my axxess-express account I can't seem to access My Broadband.
Can anyone explain why this happens?

What error do you get when trying to access MyBB?

Can you get to mygaming.co.za?

umm just hangs there for about a couple of minutes, I never tried to wait any longer though. When I switch to my telkom usernames I have no problems.

Im at work atm so I won't be able to try any solutions just yet, just its a pain to have to switch which is why I went for an uncapped account
