Laws that allows inferior people being appointed.

All the black fat cats in Escom's management. What happened to the vastly experienced whiteys that used to hold these jobs. Being replaced by novices because of colour.

If you think about it...To put ppl in positions with a skill lower than the "then current" employee is ridiculous, especially if you want your business/country to GROW. What makes a person think like this...hate or stupidity?
