It seems related to the bug that causes freezes but still being able to move the mouse, this happens even on SSD machines.
There are hundreds of fraudulent "solved" threads that copy paste from each other that does not actually solve the problem.
Using an SSD is not a fix as it is expensive and this same bug will wear out any SSD before it's time.
I am now literally having this problem on almost every win10 PC I get into contact with post last years versions. Even my i7 is starting to chug just browsing files.
Is this big brother software that got greedy and trying to index the whole HDD? What?
