Heh, they sent two "qualified" technicians around to install mine (october last year) I ended showing them how to do it.

I got a little white box with a copied drivers disc also saying 'iBurst' in fat kokhi pen, in amongst the manuals and whatnot.
Unlike alchemy, i had my cousin (a reseller) install it while i sat back and relaxed.
