Why is Africa a Failure?

I believe majority rules (democracy). I mean do u expect black people to have power in government in the UK (or Europe for that matter)?
This Obama guy, I don't think it will happen for him in the US. He will mysteriously resign for some unknown scandals.

This is what I think, white people will always want to rule/lead/control. If they can't do any of that, then things are not done according to the way they should be - according to them.

Like I said b4, Africa should always do it the US/West ways - else u r screwed.

Is majority rule (democracy)the ultimate way to govern people?
Is the majority always right?

Natural selection dictates that lower IQ people should be more numerous,it increases their chances of survival.
For this reason they have more children.

Democracy dictates that all should have the same vote.
In summation then,it means that lower IQ people would rule.

Is this effective?

Note that i am not stating that black people have lower IQ's than Whites.
I personally know Black people that can run circles around whites in the IQ department.
 
Nature will solve all Problems

I don't think we have to worry too much. Since the
new climate changes wiil solve it all. Heavy snow
in Greece -Turky so the new Ice age is coming and
no Politics will be able to solve it. Floods-Hurricans
and rising water levels, draughts in Africa and flooding.
Maybe not in my lifetime, but it will come and solve
all the Problems at present. The so called majorities
will all be gone. Only a minority will survive and that will
be the ones who know how to plan for tomorrow. The rest
will just die. It is not CO2 but Nature will solve it.
The best is, you can't vote for it.
 
I think that until africans help themselves they will remain economic slaves to other races.Where does it all go wrong.having too many children they cannot afford to feed,clothe and educate.From this point comes many more but thats were it starts going wrong for africans

What is your point then?

In my field and experience, I have seen and still keep seeing White people that run circles around the Black people I know in the IQ department.

What i meant was that you cannot generalize and say that all black people are stupid,there are some clever ones out there as well.

People with high IQ do not rule in a democracy.

Stupid people do.

I question democracy as a method of governance.

Im pretty sure that in developed countries like America and the UK they have a government behind the government. No matter who you vote for, you still get the same people running the show. Just a different face to criticize.

And yes, democracy sucks. If I am smarter than others, I expect to have a bigger say in decision making, and they should also want me to take that responsibility. Clearly democracy understands this. Otherwise it would let 3 yr olds vote, but it doesn't. Interesting..

That is when you have a strong civil service.
One that is not allowed to engage in politics in the workplace.
We unfortunately, also allowed politics to run local municipalities.

True. All these big business people are the ones running the show.
fortunate enough for those countries, these business people live in those countries - so they have their countries best interests at heart.
If we had some of these people (the AngloAmericans, De Beers, etc) as Africans, then we would have a different Africa.

They take our raw mineral for less money and sell them back to us for billions of dollars. I remember when Jan Van Riebeck came to SA and gave our fore fathers mirror in exchange for Cattle - That was doff :D

I guess they went like "Look, I can see myself, or is it my brother? This is brilliant".

And to think we thought as Anglo American and De Beers as South African Companies!

Well, they used to be.

Saw an add on a billboard near the international airport in Kempton park the other day.(why do they keep changing the name?)

They have a photo of these old African people sitting in their lounge.

The caption was somethig like:We would like to introduce our shareholders.

I thought to myself at the time:now that is misleading advertising!

At this point in time I agree - Africa has only been exposed to Western culture for +-100 years. How do you know that, given enough time and education etc., Africans will not catch up?

Africans will have to catch up to the rest of the world.
Unfortunately they were isolated from the rest of the world for too long.

There is a tremendous backlog in the development of the African.

Increased snowfall in Greece, but decreased snowfall somewhere else - could this not mean that the opposite of an "ice age" is coming? :confused:

How are you so sure of this? If in your opinion climatic conditions will kill off many people in e.g. 1000 years, then how do you know that said peoples' countries will not be developed in e.g. 1000 years?

The IQ test was designed for Westernised people who had been exposed to their own ways for hundreds of yours.

Africans have only been exposed to the Westernised way for +-100 years, it is unfair to expect the majority of Africa to match the average IQ of Europeans and European settlers etc. in such little time.
