Yep, seems to be working for me too. Although my 128 download speed is still not right - 5.6KBps. But that I have been battling with for months now.
 
Can anyone confirm that MyWireless is also on the IS backbone?

I am pretty sure it is - if you mean Internet Solutions (and not IS as in Interprise). The reason is that quite often when I have problems with ADSL (which I happen to have through an IS ISP) I also have problems with MyWireless - so the common ground seems to be IS.
 
Good. I'm not sure how many people were aware of this but IS sent out an email yesterday explaining why the international was so slow. It had something to do with their peering with SAIX etc. If you'd like to see the emails I will make them available.

They also sent one out today saying that the peering was rectified and I have certainly noticed a big improvement with IS ADSL, so I'm assuming it will affect MyWireless in a good way, too.
 
well, since our IS ADSL was sorted out, my MyWireless connection was working 1000% better than it did the day before. Still not what it's supposed to be, but there was definitely an improvement.
 
Sentech is very slow this morning... (it doesn't suprise me anymore:( )

I think it is a general problem, some of my friends with Iburst and ADSL are all experiencing problems...
 
yippee - it's friday, so that means they've broken the internet again :mad:

Pop'ed mails timing out, pages timing out, generally un-workable...
 
yeah well, IS ADSL has been all ****ty again. I'm not looking forward to surfing the web tonight.
