Why is this car so cheap?

15000 km come first

So the car has 10000km on clock and its been 5 years

The way I understand it if your car service interval is 15000km, if you car reach 15000km I take it for service. Again around November my car reach 30 000km I take it for service.

Unless I don't understand correctly

It's determined by whichever comes first. So if you do 10,000km a year, you would service it every year as that happens more frequently than every 15,000km.

But if you did 30,000km a year, you would do it every 15000 km (which would mean every 6 months).

You have to service at either 15 000km, or after 12 months. So if you drive less then that per year, you have to service once a year.
 
I had three services done based on time interval, not mileage. I got the fright of my life when the onboard computer told me service was due and the mileage was so low. I called the dealer and they explained the time vs mileage thing to me.
 
I don't see anything funny about what I said that is how I understand it.

If service interval is 15000km whenever my car reach 15000km, I take it to service it doesn't matter if it's a less than a year. I can't wait because I took my car to service on 27 May 2017 now it's September my car has 30000km on the clock. I have to take it to service even if it's less than a year. But if it happens than on 27 May 2018 that my car, is at 28000km I can take it to service. That is how I understand service interval.

As I understand every service interval the are certain things they do.

That Renault megane if indeed it has 10 000km and its 2012 model . I just wonder how they worked around the service interval.

It's a POS that only an ID 10 T would buy. That the first wally who bought it now cannot get rid of, even for crazy low prices.

If you did 15000km and the service interval is 15000km, then you didn't take it early for a service. You took it at the correct time.
 
Yeah correct right now I'm left with 7 months or 9000km for my next service I will see which come first.

No. After a service, the clock resets to zero, meaning you have another 15000km or 12 month period, whichever comes first.

Seriously, I understand why pakka went off at you. There's asking and there's being deliberately obtuse.
 
Some Fiats and alfa's only require servicing every 30 000km or 2 years

I mean I'll tell him about my race bike that had an oil change every x amount of hours... And my road bike that I did oil service every 1000km...
