so the honeymoon is over, and it barely lasted a day. No data at all today. Web keeps timing out and my mail isnt even coming through...
That is not an acceptable response. I have paid for a service over the ladt couple of months that did not work.
Maybe you were happy to do that but I certainly am not.
Vodacom owes its users a refund.

Well, I only started using BIS again (on prepaid) about a month ago. I'm actually an iPhone person and was only using my BB for BB Messenger. So, I'm not gonna go through loads of effort to get back a whole R59.
You could probably fight them to get your R59/R118 back - good luck...
I guess it's pretty obvious that VC/VD don't give a crap about their customers.
If it's only R118 then ALL THE MORE reason to refund me. They couldn't be bothered to respond, even with a "No we will not refund you" instead they just ignore the question hoping it'll all go away.
Well that is what's going to happen, because i'm canceling my vodacom service.
