Your usage yesterday was very high, therefore when stating you are having speed issues it is hard to understand.
HOwever I will do all I can to assist you.
Its this attitude and treating customers like morons along with the complete lack customer service that helped me to drop MWEB.
Similar issue to you - took a few YEARS to get this fixed thru MWEB.
Frankly, I would advise that you get away from MWEB - the sooner the better.
