Why oh why Rain

I am very disappointed at the low level of professionalism/incompetence I am receiving at Rain. The company was very quuck in deducting money from my account but it take forever to reimburse me.
Could someone one assist me please. I still believe that there are those within the Rain company that know how to do their work. Please ASSIST me. Call Reference Number is 5229573.

Dude, it’s now been almost a year and I’ve still not been reimbursed. Oh they were quick to call and say I owe money, until I showed them the emails were they cancelled my account and said they would reimburse me. Then Nothing
