Why techies love Axxess and Afrihost

I like that Afrihost has reps here at MyBroadband because their support can be a pain at times. Their reps here are amazing though!

There were some tough times with Afrihost a little over a year ago but since they launched their new network things have been great, glad I stuck with them. Big thumbs up to the Afrihost reps as well, they get abused quite a bit but are always helpful.

Thanks so much for saying so we've been hugely relieved to see our clients getting a better experience. Our reps (including me) know that when times are tough for us, it's only because our clients are also in a rough place. We always believe we'll get through these times together :)

Wish I could say the same about Vox. They have non-existent representation on these forums. They were flavour of the month when Afrihost was going through their network pains, and at one time it seemed they would climb to the top of the pile. However, their fall has been much quicker than their rise.

BTW, I am not trying to hijack an Afrihost/Axxess thread to beat up Vox, merely highlighting the value of open and honest communication, and representation on these forums to deal with and respond to customer issues/queries.

Afrihost's clientzone is the best I've seen ( Axxess, Webafrica, Telkom, Mweb) - really user friendly!!

it's all about this and that I get a consolidated bill for mobile & fixed data. I still want pooled mobile data (shameless plug as I need to manage devices and family separately hence i dont have them all on afrihost due to this admin meh.. do it already pls, i don't mind not having rollover on mobile data) but yah. I reckon i'd likely push 2-4 devices onto afrihost if this was done and i know many businesses that don't use afrihost for mobile data almost entirely because this feature (group/pooled data + device/msisdn usage management) isn't available so yah.. they need it.

It's something we'd definitely like to do eventually but right now we want to make sure that we can offer the simplest and most straightforward options. But we have time to develop more complex products for the future.

Misleading headline. Not all techies love Afrihost/Axxess.

Is this a news article or SPAM? Did they pay for this to be published?

Where are the other ISPs' results?

What questions were posed to the those fortunate enough to be surveyed?

Was this also based on the Net Promoter Score system?

Odd, I thought techies loved Telkom?
