Why The iPhone Is Better

Guys Guys Guys..... Yes. I agree. The iPhone does have many weaknesses, and many other phones have come out that are definitely much better than the iPhone, they might look better, they might perform better, they might have Copy & Paste, MMS, Free Apps, Expandable Memory slots. Yes they might have better call quality, stability, processors, GPS etc. etc. And I am willing to admit that they are better.

BUT.... When you are holding your Samsung Omnia/Nokia 5800/HTC Touch HD/other phone that is better than iPhone, can you say to yourself, 'I own an iPhone' ?

No... you cannot... because you wont have an iPhone. Yes you will have a phone that is better than the iPhone in many ways............................................. but it still won't be an iPhone. And that, my friends, is why the iPhone is better than all the rest. Because it is an iPhone.

To be honest, i dont care about the brand, as long as the phone has good build quality, excllent features, satisfies my needs and looks great i would take it, im sure the omnia gets more street cred then the iphone or am i wrong?

i loved my iphone...
loved. then it got stolen. now someone else is loving it.
but yeah, was lacking in some features. the 3g is still lacking. 2mp camera? seriously? my motorola v3x had a 2mp camera... thats probably the only concern i have with the 3g. i dont care for mms or copy/paste. music, video, apps and camera. thats what i want.

Pooky you hit the nail on the head, and just explained that it is not about what the device can do for you, but rather what the name can do. Its like my guess jeans shrank in the wash, 2 buttons fell off and only has 2 back pockets, and are overall pretty cr*p but hell they are Guess so everyone will think I am the business.
