Wierd router Problem

Hi, I have a mega105 router and it syncs/ connects to the net but I cant ping/visit any websites ? I called telkom they said the line is fine and they even reset from thier side, same problem, also happens with different pc's, is my router dead ?

dude look for a hole on the left no put a pen in there and power on the router

should say reset very fine letters

DNS could also be a problem esp with WINXP SP 3
