Easily.

I used to get about 20km from Tygerberg hills to Melkbos with a 19dB dish type ant (still have it, no longer using it) in the days before ADSL.

As signal strength drops, so does speed, so if you are transferring files, go large to keep sig strong. If only for internet sharing, as long as you get enough signal to be stable (above 40% should do it) then you'll be fine. I reckon maybe a Yagi.

Get in touch with a WUG for more advice.

350m, damn. for that you can just buy 2x TP-Link wireless AP's with screw off SMA antennas and replace them with small flat panels showing towards each other. That will be the cheapest option.

Otherwise you can look at getting mikrotik.
-RB-411AR one side (embedded 2.4ghz radio & level 4 license, AcessPoint(AP)
-RB-411R other side (embedded 2.4ghz radio & level 3 license, Client (CPE))
-2x outdoor enclosures to stick them in, or just get small 2.4ghz integrated flatpanel enclosures.
-2x UFL(F) to SMA pigtail
-PoE (Power over Ethernet) Adapter & Power Supply Unit (PSU)
-Enough network cable.
