trendnet-150mbps-mini-wireless-n-usb-adapter,

do u guys think it will work?

i am outside in a "granny flat"
we have long lan cables atm but it gives lots of crap
so i want to connect it in wifi

or will just the adapter pick up a better signal than just the phone?
in that case ,i can save money by not buying the stronger atenna

thank you

If the WR105 has an SMA Male Plug, then it will work. Check the manual which is probably on the CD which came with the router.

I prefer using these types of aerials:

Because they come with a long cable which means that it can be moved around to obtain the best signal.

You can also contact Poynting (http://www.poyntingdirect.co.za/) as they are aerial experts & can offer you good advice & the correct product.

thank you,its for my mom tho
i talked to her
and she said she will buy a lan cable one long one
so that there is not "connecters" that can give probs

the internet work now,one coneccter got wet and started to rust( cables are outside)

I would recommend that you put the cabling into some sort of conduit to protect it from the elements. It isn't expensive & easy to install.

ya i puted the cables thats in the ground in PVC pipes
and the connecter i tapped shut, real good with water proof tape, but it ja

it still rusted,it works, but not so good
