Wileyfox Swift

I've been using the Innjoo fire for a few months now and am completely happy with it. The innjoo One would be a better choice than the fire though.

Two gripes, perhaps. I'm not sure whether I'll ever see lollipop and Marshmallow, and I'd prefer a 720p screen, this one is just sub 720p.

Been using the Swift for just over a month now as my first Android after being on Apple for years and years. Pretty decent value for money. Cyanogen OS 12.1 is pretty good. The winner for me is Dual Sim. It's actually saving me money by getting a separate 4G data SIM and using my Vodacom pre-paid for voice and sms. Finally, SD Card means I carry most of my music with me. Absolute win in my book. Innjoo looks interesting. Haven't heard of it. If you get it, please post a hands on review.

If you can get a phone with decent specs with Cyanogen, I'd go for it...there are little annoyances about the Chinese-skinned phones that get on my nerves a bit. And some of them like the bloatware that eat memory mess around with what are otherwise very good phones.

I ordered the Swift, and should be getting it tomorrow.

The general gist of the reviews is that it's about the best 'budget' cellphone around for the price.

The Injoo One looked okay, but the reviews I found were not remotely as glowing had niggles mentioned in comparison to the Swift.

The M2 Note looks like a decent phone, but I did want the unit this week and it was more expensive (and I don't really need more hardware than what is contained in the Swift).

Yup - These were absolutely the main concerns I came across when looking at other options.

I have had it with phones and bloatware.

Some phones don't have bloatware, others do. Fact is, I don't want bloat, if I want something I'll put it on myself.

It also appeals to me for the same reasons - Some of the other phones I looked at, you had to decide between dual sim or one sim and SD slot, which is crap.

@copa - The Register did a review of the Swift, and it is very promising. Want a linky to the review?

I've read it, and probably just about every other review there is available. 3K may not strike some folk as a chunk of money, but I was not about to hand out that amount of cash until I knew it was a solid phone.

I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO UNINSTALL BECAUSE THE APP + SERVICE NAMES ARE IN CHINESE!!!

It's a cruel summer :(

Where did you order form? Orange? Does it get here in a week?
