You can do quite a bit in a small space. My little cabin looks extremely tiny from the outside, but I managed to get 4 decent size bedrooms and two full bathrooms into it.

I'm not at it right now to get some decent pictures with it all furnished up, but here are some older ones from when it was just about finished and they were finishing the driveway, so still all sandy.

Would love to live in an off grid POD on a beautiful half acre of land.

Not going to happen in this country because tiny houses are designed for open, free style living and I'd be murdered and/or robbed within a month.

How many sq metres?

I got hooked on these tiny house shows a while back. Really love the space saving ideas that come from it but would not want to live in one.
Small houses are what I’m used to but not tiny.

My wife is currently designing a tiny house and a container home for a client here in town. So you can still have your high walls around you if you want. It is easier to zombie proof a tiny house than a big house.

You don't have to go far to get half an acre. My plot is just over 2000m2, so around that size and it's in town with armed response and pretty alert neighbors who buzz the local WhatsApp group if anything seems slightly suspicious in the area. My biggest problem is the wildlife that constantly eats what I plant, so I will need to fence off any plants that I want to grow for food.

The house is 99m2.

That's the problem though, a tiny house only works in open spaces not within walls.

Agreed, your plot is big enough and it looks fantastic.

99m2 isn't really tiny though.

Yeah I think it is silly as well. To think these people used to stay in a big house. But now they want the tiny house experience on a small yard. Stupid if you ask me.

Claustrophobic - but if that's what they want to experience good luck to them.
