Windows 10 Downloaded wiithout reserving.

I have now experienced 2 cases(both Windows 8) where the Windows 10 update downloaded without reserving
the upgrade. I have 2 more machines with Windows 7 that are so far unaffected.
Once i noticed that the download had taken place I "Reserved" the update and updated it virtually immediately.
Both upgrades completed without incidence.
Anybody else had the same?

I used their MediaCreationTool, never reserved anything.

Uninstall KB3035583, reboot, check for updates and set KB3035583 to not install.

KB3035583 is the upgrade tray icon.

Anybody still waiting for Windows 10 needs to rather go direct.

My laptop received the upgrade the day after launch last week (I'd reserved the update early on but I wasn't part of the testers), but my wife's laptop just refused to show any hint of downloading anything even a day after that. Got frustrated and found the 'recommended' official download tool on Microsoft's website ... it immediately downloaded the update and I was prompted to install it once the download had completed.
