windows 10 on tablet LAG

i upgraded my proline l933 tablet to win10

and its lag so much,anyone els have/had this problem?

by the looks of it,seems like it uses all the ram,the way everything moves (very slow and jumpy)
but when i look it still have like 500mb free ram left

on w8.1 it worked with out a problem

also tried to reinstall it (clean one,not a upgrade like the 1st time)
still have the same problem

any ideas why?

Install the latest graphics drivers.

Yes, but at a half price.
In October new chipset is expexted with Display port/sync or just USB3.0.
