I opened Cortana - and it asked me what I wanted know.
I asked about my sore shoulder .....
It responded, your wife is out of town, you have been torrenting some sick stuff, your heart rate is fluctuating and your left hand is attached to the shoulder you are having a problem with, then suggested a dating site

Dude, you're joking but that is exactly the sort of extrapolations analysts can draw from Big Data.
About your only defense is to try and compartmentalize info so that nobody has the full picture except you.
I'd say that Google and Microsoft could bankrupt and destroy the careers and relationships of 50% of the world's population all by themselves. For now we should he happy that all they want is advertising and sales revenue!
