Windows 10 program window sizes not kept?

I found that you need to change EVERY relevant key set - search the registry for PrimSurfSize.cx to find them, and also set the Stride number.

Had 2 entries for my LG monitor, 3 for NoEdID and 3 for Simulated - changed all to the same value as the LG and sorted - no reboot needed either
