Didn't work.

It's a shot in the dark but check if the efi partition is full.

Mine is full too but i have had it cause issues with major updates. No harm in increasing the size.

It's actualy the "System Reserved Partition" not the EFI one.

Press windows button and R to open the run prompt.
Type "diskmgmt.msc" and press enter.
Disk management will open. Check if you see the "System Reserved Partition" and whether it's full.

Obviously it's a more specific problem. Use those error codes they give you and start googling i guess.

I reinstalled Windows, this weekend.

Problem solved.
