I think that if you hide the file (rclick - hide) on the download screen it will be ignored.

Reported the issue to Microsoft via the feedback app.... I wish there was a way i could prevent windows from applying the sound update....I have rollback the driver if I want the sound to be what it was

Hi koeks try this.

Open system in Control panel.
Choose "advanced system settings" from the choices on the left.
Click the hardware Tab
Click Device installation settings.
Choose " No, let me choose"
Choose " Never input driver software from Windows update"
I also unchecked the last one "automatically get device application........" until the issue with AMD drivers is sorted.

Hope that works and makes sense.

When running windows update you get a list of what's going to be updated. rclick on that which you don't want and choose hide. If you unistall the update, then run a Widows update, it should be listed.

I got security updates on my pirated Windows copies. They even release pirated iso's with security updates slipstreamed in. Windows 7 black edition et al works great since MS killed off service packs. No need to download gigs of data when you reformat.

Seems putting it back to slow, checking for update, putting it back to fast, and checking again, have solved that issue.
