I still use Office 2000 ( yeah, I know) with Win 7 Ultimate x64 and it works fine.

Windows 7 (32 and 64bit) works fine with Office 2003, 2007 and Office 2010 beta.

Thats why I installed 2003 on my pc. I know 2003 better than 2007.
