I want to learn more in scripting and how to.

Is there any material from beginner to advance that i can use or a course to go on ?

do you mean shell scripting or just writting ordinery windows log in scripts ??

Not sure, VB scripting, shell etc i know this is very broad stuff but to help out with admin does this help

In my opinion. If you want to write scripts to help you with admin jobs, then powershell is the way to go.

You can find allot of info on google about powershell.

While vbscript is still very much in use, powershell is becoming more and more the norm. It's also a lot easier to do things in powershell (allegedly - I haven't mastered it yet ).
