Windows system screen post 10/2020 update

As part of Microsofts glacial migration to SaS they are limiting user capacity within the Windows OS accessing windows system screen will "not be possible" after October update.

Is it just me or does everyone just right-click on "My Computer" or "This PC"? Hangover from previous versions of Windows?

a few keyboards I've come across didn't have a break key. I had to run>>control because I don't know how to get there otherwise.
