Ok never mind that whole rant about Nod32. Found out that it doesnt work.
The reason for this is that due to the highly modified TCP/IP stack implemented in Vista, IMON (Internet Monitor) causes SVCHOST.exe (Owner: Network Service) to go a bit insane and eat 100% CPU. Apparently the only way around it is to disable IMON which kinda sux, but I would still rather trust Nod32 than most other AV progs...
