Recently the heavy destructive rains are happening the colder months on the east coast, winters are getting harsher too. Sometimes temps go under 10C on clear nights, used to only drop to these temps if there was a cold front.

I just got insulation installed last week. It made a huge difference. I just need to close the chimney opening since there is a lot of cold air getting in my room.

Need cash to install a fireplace.

The insulation I'm referring to is Body Fat! I got none!

Big factor this. In summer I can be outdoors before 6 and walk/run/whatever until 8 then get ready for work. In winter that morning outdoor time gets drastically cut.

I run at 04:30 in the morning it's dark, quiet and I own the road, I get my best training done in winter

In high school before all the political correctness: The kids would openly call the bigger girls: 'n winter kombers!

I would say pretty average for 35, nothing that would greatly insulate me against winter.

All I remember it was raining cats and dogs all the time from December and could only recall one or two hot days.
