Wireless Fibre

Anyone with recommendations on wireless Fibre. Using "Snowball" currently (10 Meg line) and used to be around the 8 - 10 Meg line speed. Lately its more than often a 4 / 2 Megs scenario.
No idea when "Openserve" will eventually install fibre in our area - got notified in Jan 2017 that "fibre will be installed within the next 3 to 6 months in your area" - Openserve did not say which planet and what year!

Please don't call it Wireless Fibre, there is no such thing. Secondly we need an area name, WISP's operate in a small area usually, so it isn't a case of size fits all.
