Level- 7 is still not available in Midrand yet, i have been waiting for almost a year now and nothing happens.
I am currently with Jumbo Tech - http://jumbotech.co.za/wireless-fibre-info/ - They are a bit pricey but contention is 5:1 and its constant and perfect no matter weather conditions.
Their Pricing is as follows:

If you looking for something cheaper try Mobile Torque -http://www.mobiletorque.co.za/ - Their contention is 20:1 - I am considering to move to them. They are very much cheaper
