Woolworths Credit Card

I see my voucher expires end of this month. Is it possible to transfer the voucher onto a gift card?

Someone said you can. Or just buy something with it, then return it .. the money will come back onto your gift card.

The last time I used vouchers + cash to buy a suit, but then didn't like the suit so went for a refund ... all of it was refunded back to my credit card which was unexpected but appreciated
 
Those that have cancelled a store account, did your store card also appear as 'temp freeze' in the app?

I'm worried they didn't cancel it properly.
 
Is this general use voucher supposed to be the "2 Free coffees" voucher?

As I have only gotten a General Use voucher
 
I opened up a black credit card account a month ago and set up the Woolworths app
I see my credit limit and everything looks fine but when I tried to make an online purchase, I put in the OTP and got an SMS saying trx failed - card is blocked
What am I doing wrong? How do I activate my account?
And how do I earn vouchers?

If I remember correctly (it was several years ago) I had to activate my card at an ABSA ATM the first time. Have you been back to a WW branch with a Woolworths Financial Services section? They would be able to advise you. Or else phone WWFS.

Went into a Woolworths branch to activate it
Made a purchase and it went through
Hope to get my coffee vouchers before end of the month
 
I've received a replacement card previous card expired), but no pin number in the letter that came with it. Does anyone know if I just keep using my old pin or do I have to go into an Absa branch to get the pin?
