Check if they all reflect on the WW app by Wednesday?

I did R1.1k last week over two days (1-2 April), only 1 per day. However I noticed that first payment doesn't reflect on the WW app under recent transactions even though it surely has cleared by now. I've noticed this 'bug' before in a previous month and IIRC it's not that it wasn't applied on the WW side, it's just that the WW app is not displaying it.
 
Quick question, any benefit to paying on the WW app rather than in a WW store?
It seems like the app is more admin

For the past 2 or so months the payments always reflect after 1 day in the WW account. They stay in pending for some time on the FNB side though.
 
Woolworths cards are not working since about 16:00 today. Call centre does not answer. Anyone else have this problem?

Nah. Just swiped for diner a few minutes ago my wife's secondary card has not allowed tapping for a while tho, chip and pin no issues tho

For me it's taking perhaps 36 hrs to reflect on the WW side, but then a few days like you said on the FNB side.

Older payments on the WW side are definitely disappearing from my Recent Transactions on the WW app. It's like it can only list the last 2 or 3 payments. Purchases on 3 April appear, only the payment on 3 April is not displayed. Payments I did on 2 April and 1 April also disappeared in a similar manner.
 
How are you guys paying the WW card via your CC using the app? I only see the options for Debit Order, EFT, branch, ATM and store

Spoke to a manager at WW and with WFS.

Anyway yesterday after I pay for parking at 15:30 at 16:00 my WW Visa does not work in another store. I then try at WW and it still doesn't work. Woman tells me that another customer also couldn't pay with his WW card. Anyway, she calls WFS, and after 10 minutes I leave because no-one picks up.

Last night I placed an order on WW online. Went though. Today was charged. Went through. This afternoon, I couldn't pay for parking again. But then I get an ABSA fraud message on Whatsapp. Asking me to say Y for fraud, N for not fraud. They then SMS saying that I can use the card. I call WFS and the woman tells me that all WW customers can't use their cards. Many can't even use it online.
Their IT dept is working on it.

Spoke to a WW manager today. He told me that WW was upgrading their chip and pin firmware yesterday and that was giving problems in their store. But that's only their store, not other stores.

Anyway by 15:30 today the thing was working again. The same store which didn't work yesterday, worked today.
I suspect that my card was flagged for fraud and maybe there was indeed a glitch at WW.
But what sort of a glitch? Firmware upgrades instore? Then how come WFS said the cards didn't work anywhere. And I suppose I just happened to be flagged for fraud, even though I could place an order online last night even though the card was blocked?

New to this thread and the black WWCC world.

Looking to maximising rewards between banks and my questions stem on this:
  • In store: When paying WWCC off with another CC or Debit at till, can you tap to pay [NFC] or do you have to insert a physical card? [Need to make use of a virtual card is the rational here]

  • Paying off WWCC on WW app or website using PAYu does this reflect as payment or something else? Again, need it to appear as a 'purchase' so anyone with insight, has this method worked for you eB / smart spend?

  • Naturally EFTs and debit orders are a no go payment wise, so hoping one if not both above work :)

Yes to both work.

At till, you insert ww cc to start the transaction, then after, you can tap your phone to pay.

On the app, just enter virtual card details for payment.
 
When are taste vouchers issued? Have two coffee vouchers that expire end if month but haven't seen taste yet and my wife wants the mag!

Hopefully they add another benefit to make up for this. Frankly I’d take more coffees over the mag.
