Anyone else's Online Banking looking weird?

Transaction history is all missing, and account balances are all zero.
Mine has been this way since I got the card.
The transaction history in the app at least shows something, but it's never complete and it's always at least a week behind.

Mine is fixed now. Everything looked correct when I logged in this morning.
 
I see my cashback is growing so I assume they will give instant cashback until Jan.

Their email said this month's earn will be added to the 1 April issue, so 1 April will be the one and only 4 month collection.

Nevermind, I see there is an additional R75 cashback from what looks like a prize from the pick board.
 
I see I was given an extra R100 cashback valid until 16 December. Guess I'll need to buy a WW gift voucher to lock that in for the future..
 
Bought some clothes on my virtual card on my phone about a week ago at a store and needed to return them for a refund. Took the slip with to the store and mentioned I only have the virtual card on my phone and so asked if the refund will work and they seemed stumped but we opted to try it out. They wanted to check the last 4 digits on the virtual card against the slip and the card shows example 1234 on the image but the slip shows 5678 and I was like but I bought it with my virtual card on my phone. They said I needed to go back to the store I bought it from as they can verify the transaction and they cannot refund as the last 4 digits are different.

I then tested a purchase at that woolworths store and then would have refunded it, and when I did the slip showed 1234 and so the virtual card has a different last 4 digits to the physical. They eventually refunded me but seems they learnt something and me as well.

Refunds are always a mission with them, I just tell them to load it on a refund card (essentially a gift card).
 
Is this a new thing, secondary card fee, R20 per card? I received four of these extra charges, I'm on the WW Black card.

Yes unfortunately a new fee without any notification of the new fee. I had six secondary cards so I cancelled 5 of them the moment I detected the charge sent via SMS on the 6th Jan 2026.
Finally after about 10 email complaints and threatening to report this to the banking ombudsman they told me I would be refunded for the 5 as a goodwill gesture in the next couple of days. Lets wait and see if that happens.
Their website still says secondary card FREE ?? at this link below.

Not a good look for them to do it this way, I will probably cancel 2 secondary cards. How does one cancel a card, via the app or can we email them?
