In the West Coast I have had curry fish sausage, if it contains crumbs it is almost like a fish cake. Stove top, direct to heat.

2. word "sustainable" on products is a money-making scheme, nothing else.
3. Salmon is gray, not orange, they feed it with color to make their meat look like that.
