Hi Everyone
I need some advice.
I bought a car last year with a warranty and turns out there is an issue with the gearbox. I took the car to a workshop that specializes in gearbox repairs and they come highly recommended. When I spoke to them about the issue they said it would take 3-4 weeks to fix but now I have been 3 months without my car and every week it's an excuse or a different issue. I think the reason they not getting to it cause they have so much work but they have agreed that they will have the car ready this Friday.
My concern and question is that if they don't give me the car as promised what can I do? Should I contact a lawyer and see if I can file legal action. What are my options? any advice would be appreciated.
