Recently decided to change my monk spec from Windwalker (DPS) to Brewmaster (tank). I thought tanking would suck with the latency we have here but it's been OK.

I also loved the fact that WW and BM monks wear the same gear, so just some regemming and reenchating and you're good to go! OK so maybe a few LFR's as well :p.

Something that will make the new expansion different is how they plan on doing primary stats. All of your armour will have Stamina and one either Strength, Agility or Intellect, based on your class and spec. When you change your spec, the primary stat will change, but not the amount. The same goes for set bonuses. So if you're a WW Monk and you change to a MW spec, you don't need to change gear. All of the Agility will change to Intellect, possibly with the exception of gems and enchants.

Definitely going to make it easier on classes like Druid, Shaman, Monk, etc where you end up with gear sets for each spec.

Probably. I assume the Blizz will adjust drop rates for that. Another thing that is different is additional properties. When an item is dropped, there is a chance to get additional properties for that item. The first is higher ilevel, the second is gem sockets and the third is tertiary stats (movement speed, life steal, etc). You might get a standard item, or you might get a stronger than normal item.

It's definitely going to make gearing more competitive.

Anybody still playing? I quit before the selfie cam patch, looking for something to scratch the wow itch until corecraft comes out. Worth resubbing?

I am, basically just making gold to sell since I still can't find a job :p IMO, it's not worth resubbing. My reason is that I don't raid, haven't raided this expansion really. I can't be bothered gearing up enough for heroic/mythic raids and normal raids bore me. PvP is fun but still crappy if you're undergeared. And I get bored pvp'ing on my own so I don't really do that either anymore.

How much you selling it for if you dont mind me asking? Also you might want to delete your battle tag from the pvp thread before someone decides to have some fun and report you.

Hah thanks, done it. Selling 100k for R300. It's a lot cheaper than other gold sellers apparently but I'm not trying to sell to people outside SA

On a side note, my boredom made me do the artifact challenges for my other 3 specs the past 2 days, having only done my Resto one back when it was released. Yay Gz me :p

Howzit Yster, I knew I'd see you here :) . I have an Affliction Warlock knocking around on Sylvanas, ilvl931 -Eviljerry(Coffee Crew). buzz me if you c me online. But only if you really wanna pwn those Mythic+ :)
