Would this count as a landline call?

Hey all,

So I have that R90 a month and you get 15 minutes to other networks and 90 minutes to 8ta/Telkom landline numbers.

If I were to call iBurst on 0877 20 20 20 out of which free minutes would it come from or would it not come from either and I would have to pay?
