You are aware that it's highly contagious and not easily stopped, so likely had by everyone after all this time, and that top experts made it clear years ago that variants are highly unlikely to ever be truly dangerous to most?

Good to know, not about how you felt but that the test aren’t compromised as many are led to believe. 1/49 doesn’t buy into the false positive narrative.
 
A close friend of mine tested positive, but hadn't been out for ages. No symptoms and didn't get any later either.

Still waiting to hear if test process cycles for the PCR tests in SA were ever adjusted from the established too-high cycling that was in use.

It's a 30/100 false positive rate, as in says positive when you aren't, that's antigen and not PCR.

Here in Austria it's all PCR since May or so.

I've had at least 30 antigen tests I think, and then around 25 PCR tests, never tested positive.

Right now I do a test about every second week before visiting elderly family members.

And in regards to poll, I'd isolate, if symptom persists another day or two, only testing station and back again.

Ignoring that there is no test for COVID-19, only for the SARS-CoV-2 virus I have no issue with getting tested should I show symptoms.

Oh well. I either had sinusitis or covid last week according to you guys. I thought it was sinusitis so I'm just finishing up a course of antibiotics and coincidence or not, the symptoms are cleared up.
 
Nope. No such thing as covid anyways - it's just a worse form of the flu.

You stay at home and recover, like a normal person.

Shows you how utterly effing crazy this snowflake world has become.
But yes, the governments love it, its their wet dream come true.
 
I said, other, because it is procedural. I got 'COVID' during the early stages, and when I wanted to get tested I was instructed to isolate. I was also traced at some point, and also told to isolate. Whether I had COVID or not, I don't know.

Would I get tested, yes, should I be instructed to do so.

I have a had a few... it was expensive until I realised Discovery pay if you get a letter from a doctor.

I have had 3 so far.

1: Exposed at work and was 2 weeks before my kids birthday - negative
2: Wife exposed at work and got sick, she was positive I was negative and not sick. This was a day after said birthday so needed to test so we could tell everyone at the party we exposed them
3: A few months ago - numbers were still high and the wife and I got sick. Both negative.

oh and its my kids birthday again this week so... sigh.

EDIT: I was also very sick during the first week of lockdown. testing wasn't readily available at that stage - only if you were going to hospital.

I'm glad that I can emigrate at any time now. The left woke culture with their political correctness and media worship is a dictators wet dream all right.
