trying to canvas for wug users does not promote your cause if u fail to address their concerns or ignore them. When issues are not satisfactoy and concerns are aired in public forums you complain that we are moaning.

please remember that admins do not sit idle all day waiting for users to ask them questions. they do not get paid for what they do, PTAWUG is not a business, there are no service level agreements.
Once again, getting help during the day, while the people are at work, is going to be very rare, best time to get help is in the afternoons (like now). You can not demand that you want to be helped when it fits your time schedule.
Well you are moaning. Also, this is a community network, everyone's help is needed, donations, wiki content generation, finding new highsites, putting up new highsites. The users can't just demand that the admins must do everything so their wug connections can run smoothly.

If someone is an admin does not mean they have to help you immediately. If some does not answerer try someone else. Generally one of the admins will get back to you. Some of the admins do get tired of answering questions

I'm sorry you weren't helped.
Currently the admins are working overtime on the IP renumbering project.
I myself sometimes ignore requests for help, as I'm already busy helping in anycase.
I think some patience would be in order, or else you could just learn and jump in and help with the workload.
Ps. I also don't take kindly to undeserved negative comments about our network on public forums. People who spend their time making PTAWUG great are also very proud of the network. So the US and Them is not wuggers and admins it is really, US being those who work at a solution and THEM, being those who choose to bad mouth, complain and not work at the solution.
Rather spend your time flaming TELKOM, they deserve it.
Ps. PTAWUG will never be perfect, it will always be a network maintained by people for no compensation in their spare time.

how do you plan to resolve your issue then ?
