I'm preparing to be underwhelmed.

Looks to me like the Keynote will be about exactly what was in the press release:
Lion + iOs + iCloud.

No compelling "one more thing", but I expect a launch date for Lion (in June). iOs won't get a launch date without an iPhone 5 - and there's no hurry for that.
If Ping is anything to go by - iCloud will be a big yawn.

There should be incremental updates to Mac Pro to keep the devs happy and maybe a stealth update for the mac mini.

No excitement on the software side - maybe from the pro side, but watching the continuing dumbing down of the OS X desktop is nothing to get excited about.

Lion's great, nothing is really dumbed down; it's just got a whole lot of enhancements.

iOS 5 will be a major update, I reckon. Haven't the foggiest what it's gonna feature though!

I'm very excited. Can't wait to see what iOS 5 will bring. The competition from Android and WP will motivate Apple to become more progressive and daring. They for sure can't afford to be conservative anymore with small increment improvements.

I don't really see them changing this approach - break through products don't come around all that often. So why not stick with a tried and tested approach while dreaming up the next iDevice.

Hmmm... Store is still up.... prepare to be underwhelmed.

We are so fooked in this country. How can we use MacStore to download software multiple GB's in size?! Lion upgrade = 4 GB.

Eish... Lion is a Mac App Store only download ... 4GB for $29.00

Gotta love MWeb uncapped... sucks to be you if you on 3G!

I wonder how Lion will ship for new macs... recovery disc or flash drive? If you download, do you get to create an emergency or re-install disc

Notifications makes your phone really personal. You are going to want to be picky about who can see and read your screen.

Safari Reading list just stole the thunder from instapaper, read it later etc.

Activating & updating iOS devices without a PC!

I wonder if iMessage was born before or after MSFT bought Skype?

There are a lot of dev's whose apps are being made irrelevant by iOS5.

Vodacom and MTN must be enjoying this! Data data data data ... iCloudburst in income.

iOS5, coming 'this fall' - does this mean iPhone 5 and iPad 3 in September in time for the end of year shopping season?

Cripes! iCloud is MobileMe for FREE, only better. Wonder if its unlimited storage?

Right... I'm getting Lion on launch day... automatic iWork document syncing via iCloud as you work... Can I download it tonight please?
