Wynberg exchange problems

Anyone on this exchange?

Was having issues of extreme lag and disconnects from my ISP over the last 2 weeks.

Call telkom last night to reset port, they eventually do and now I cannot authenticate to my ISP at all. Logged a fault and a tech calls to say the exchange has been having issues with authentication

Just thought I would post and see if anyone else is having issues?

The error from my router:
Jan 1 12:47:49> pppd 2.4.1 started by root, uid 0
Jan 1 12:49:29> System Call Error
Jan 1 12:49:29> Connecting PPPoE socket: 00:00:00:00:00:00 0000 0x1000d3b8
Jan 1 12:49:29> Couldn't get channel number: Transport endpoint is not connected
Jan 1 12:49:29> Doing disconnect

No problem my side.....

Those idiots at telkom will tell you one thing, call them again and another operator will tell you a completely different story
