Thats the problem. you might have a half gazillion channels, but the pain is to go through all of them checking to see if they working or not. can we have something more simplistic and just have working channels coming on when you open the program and list them with details, example movies, series, sport, news, pron, etc.

Hi pepper1972,

I never released the 0.2.2 version, instead released 0.2.3 which added authentication, in the hope that Multichoice won't keep on breaking the addon. 0.2.2 and 0.2.3 will have the same install problem on Eden unfortunately.

When I have time again I will fix the newly Eden bug which prevents all the versions from installing. They added a multi-language requirement, so I basically have to rebuild it from scratch, and since I am not the original developer, its quite a learning curve, because I have never coded in python before, and the last time I did development was more than 6 years ago at University.

Hi, Sorry I took so long to reply. Yes, mine is still working. Not sure how to help you though, basically all I did was copy the config file over. But it might also be because I had the old version on before that?

What have you tried?

But based on the rest of this thread, maybe this plugin is not the best solution anymore?

The last released version 0.2.3 still works, it however doesn't work on the latest version of XBMC. If you install XBMC version 10.0, then install this addon, then upgrade XBMC to version 11.0 it will work on the latest version of XBMC.

I just haven't had time yet to code in the extra requirements to have it install cleanly on a clean XBMC 11.0.

Hmmm, i tried installing but i get:

20:07:57 T:86847488 M:124301312 ERROR: Package plugin....0.2.3.zip is not a valid addon

I'm using the ATV2 and downgraded to various versions of XBMC 10, i wonder if i would need to remove XBMC completely and they install v 10?
 
can't seem to find the link for setting up your own media centre (Not the supersport thing) first time using xbmc, any one have it?
 
Meh, reinstalled my entire ios then installed XBMC v10 however it won’t start :(
Going to have to keep trying I guess.
 
I had some time today and started creating a clean VM environment so I can test installing the addon on a clean XBMC 11.0 Eden.

Once I have a skeleton that works, I will start adding back in the current working features 1 by 1, starting with the live feeds at least. It will take some time, but I should have a working addon for you guys in a week or two for XBMC Eden.
