Other than looking like a massive VCR I'm not sure how I feel. Cool tricks and gadgets but who actually uses that crap?

Also seems very geared towards the Us market.

Yeah all that sport stuff..... With NFL etc.

Oh my and now COD dlc's exclusive to XBOX ONE.

They can have their stupid dlc's

money money money

Very powerful just like the PS4

One thing that's missing: Off TV play or 2nd screen info (continue playing on a 2nd screen in bed/couch/toilet)
Wii U has the Gamepad Screen
PS4 has the Vita
Nvidia has the Shield - Stream PC to shield (btw i think they'll fail if they don't support more hardware for this feature)

Xbox One has nothing? Smartglass?(but no buttons or streaming?)

Also one more thing spec wise wow have they left the Wii U behind :( I like the Wii U.... o dear

Disappointing end. Was hoping for some real in game action of cod ghosts.

Anyway not sure how I feel. I need to digest. :)

Not going to make a comment because I've hardly seen much of the reveal, but at this stage I'm leaning towards the PS3.

Lets just all wait till E3 when the PS4 reveals its' all

Same here. Have Intel quad CPU, AMD Radeon 6850, 16gigs of ram... (And i've had it for a LONG time)
These next gen consoles aren't much faster. I see a moderate upgrade in my future.
Seems annual PC upgrades have gone the way of the dodo

I think Microsoft just killed the media centre PC.

I've always been a PC/Playstation guy, but it looks pretty awesome.

Nothing revolutionary... very much geared toward the US market... appears to be an always-online console...

Come forth PS4. Looks like I am sticking to Sony...

I heard the guy say this console uses cloud that saves your games online? Where is the good old memory card? Can't imagine this would catch on in third world countries?

My thoughts: It's designed to milk $$$ out of future XBOX ONE (What a funny name) customers as hard as possible.

I'm sure you can also have offline saves. But I personally like cloud saves as I can pick up and play from anywhere on any console also after a reset/format or warranty process you can just jump in and play

Wait did they say the Xbox One runs a Windows kernel? Would be cool if all Xbox games were also PC games or only required minimal developer effort to port so one disc could have both versions.
Imagine play on your Laptop or PC when away from TV then Xbox when on the couch. cross play type thing.

With cloud saves... just pick up and play

Will they lose sales though? Don't know if there are people who buy both PC & Xbox versions of the same game...

I wasn't that blown away. Looks great but nothing out of this world.

Looks very orientated towards the NFL.

How many of these new features will be available outside America

By third world you mean South Africa? Most third would countries are miles ahead of SA in terms of internet.

I'm buying a PS4.

Microsoft did say that if a disc was used with a second account, that owner would be given the option to pay a fee and install the game from the disc, which would then mean that the new account would also own the game and could play it without the disc.

Crysis 1 looked better than the games they showed...
