Servers only going offline on 22 June 2026, but I am only getting it for SP content, that I can play anytime.

It's not like Phil didn't already know all this, but for some reason she's able to get it through the powers that be.

Either way I'm not complaining. Still going with PS next gen, but if they can restore some dignity to Xbox then I might jump in again at a later point. It feels like Xbox One all over again...

Xbox One had games, this generation has had very few games. Though I guess if you like single player 3rd person action you can get a ps. Same games just different skins

Pretty sure Steam wants to launch something worse than this for 4K/60 gaming with FSR so you're set for years!

PS5 burned in a fire and haven't bought a replacement as yet. Still have my Series S though but haven't actually played anything in a while. Tbh had a Ally I sold because I wasn't using that either. Maybe I'm really a Oom now

After having tried the Sony exclusives, I was like nah it's fine won't go back. TLoU bored me to tears, God of War so slow and cumbersome nothing like it's forebearers on the PS2, Spider-Man very pretty but ultimately pretty shallow. Sony does make good cinematic games I guess, if you don't mind them being safe and samey. No more do we get Resistance, KillZone, Socom or anything multiplayer properly. No more Ace Combats, Crash, nothing that makes Sony feel like Sony, just samey, safe.
Xbox on the other hand, just hasn't released anything really either, it's been 6 years and we may get a new Gears this year and a Fable. Nothing has made Xbox special either.
