Have a look at the Meizu range from Takealot if you planning on buying locally. The cases available for Meizu are way better.

That released recently yes and thats not what was linked to it that post. Development for that will be non existant at this point.

All depends on what you are looking for. Cheap phone or a phone to flash the latest and greatest roms.

Gearbest only have the Helio ones. The Snapdragon Note 4's only coming out next month.

It's likely true. The Redmi range has a 6 month release cycle so it coming soon will be correct since the Note 4 launched in August already.
