Have disk installation GBM ;) I gave you a step by step in a previous page, just read backwards. I think that communications controller is your LAN card ;)

Well removing that driver got the Update error to re-appear. :rolleyes:

I'll see how things go from here.
 
I ran a Windows Memory Diagnostic test just now. It failed 2 out of 6 tests. Does this mean my RAM is faulty? Could the blue screen errors be related to Memory?

I think there must be something wrong here, since I tried to install Adobe Acrobat Reader and it, would you believe it, told me that there isn't enough memory available. :eek: :eek: :sick:

What to do......
 
Right click on My Computer, select properties.

Click advanced>settings at the first option>advanced>check your virtual memory settings>set it to minimum 800mb>maximum>2000mb.

Try it now ;)
 
Right, I set it to the values you recommended.

Just for the record, they were set to Min: 1400MB, Max: 2900MB.

Anyway, I did the test again and it still failed 2 out of 6 tests. :(
 
Okay dude, I can't see your pc from here, I'm shooting hoops :p

You change the virtual memory settings back to what it was before. I thought it would be on system managed size.
