Do you guys think it will be wise to do a clean install of XP Pro SP2 ann then upgrade it to SP3, because there is alot of updates on SP2 that takes up Space?

Best to slipstream SP3 and create a SP3 disc it's the cleanest method, one clean installation and you're up to date.
How does one do that?
So basically you create a disk with windows XP Pro and SP3 on it?
