Has anyone (using the stock SE Launcher) had hassles with disappearing icons? That happens to me constantly, and if not for that I'd stay with the stock launcher. As it is, Nemus is an awesome replacement, staying very close to SE's offering - but it keeps my icons. :)

On a similar note, has anyone rooted their .62 firmware? I've unlocked my bootloader, but I still struggle to root...

This only happens when you plug the phone into the PC via USB. There is a know problem with the SE launcher and the way it does not refresh after mounting the SD Card.

One of the main reasons why I use ADW EX. Also I uninstalled the Sony suite and set my Phone to auto-mount only in Mass storage mode.

Ah, thanks. I did not know that. As I said before, I'm happy with Nemus, so I'll stick with that.

Does anyone know when ICS will be released for the Xperia range??? Think Ive read somewhere it will be in March, but not sure.

Wel im just waiting for ICS to see how it runs and new feature etc and then i plan on rooting my phone and maybe get a custom rom. Hopefuly the delay in SA wont be too long....

Agreed. I'm watching the FreeXperia project closely - CyanogenMod 9 will support the Pro. :)

If I root my device wil i still be able to get the OTA ICS update??or will i need to unroot for that??

Ok so i downloaded the easy root toolkit from xda developers site and droid explorer. I have followed all the steps but when i run the root toolkit it says adb server is not up to date...
