I hope someone can help me. I recently moved into a new complex with wall plates in the lounge and main bedroom.

The wall plate in the lounge consists of:
SAT 1, SAT 2, RETURN, TV and FM.

The wall plate in the room consists of:
TV and R.

In the lounge I connected the Explora decoder. Two LNB from the wall to the Multiswitch.
Then a single LNB from port A of the multiswitch to the Explora. The Explora works fine.

Now my problem is connecting the HD Decoder in the bedroom.

I have already called MultiChoice and had it activated and paired with the Explora for Xtraview.
How do I connect it using only the wall plate?
This is confusing me because I know I need a connection from the multiswitch to the HD Decoder
and a second connection from the Explora to the HD Decoder which will be the heartbeat.

How do I do this with the wall plate in the room which only has a TV and R port?

It's difficult to say without knowing where each cable is going, you should find out where the TV and return goes to ... On an HD decoder depending which one you have, you need to have two cables on the basic model for satellite and then an extra view cable.. Whichever way you look at it.. You'll need to run a cable to the room no matter whether those plugs in the wall go to the bedroom.

If those plugs go to the bedroom then you can use those two for the satellite and run your own separate exteaview cable.

If I had to guess I would say "Tv" is maybe is a terrestrial signal and return is what is going to the room.

You can't. The socket in the bedroom is a TV/Radio socket, which is fed via only one cable, from the return input at the main point. You will have to pull 2 additional RG6 cables to the bedroom, if you want to install the decoder there. Otherwise you install both decoders at the main point and run a CAT6 cable for an HDMi extender. You can use a TVlink on the RF cable, to change channels remotely.
